Rose Higgins

MPM, BSN, RN

Chief Executive Officer

Rose has spent her career driving innovation in healthcare, from roles in clinical practice to technology companies. She is committed to finding new ways to leverage technology in delivering better health outcomes.

Prior to Dr.Evidence, Rose was CEO of HealthMyne, a pioneering radiomics company whose IP and technology assets were acquired by Genentech (a Roche company) in 2022. She began her career in nursing at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by advancing roles in clinical and care management. Transitioning to leadership in healthcare IT organizations, Higgins took on executive roles with increasing responsibility in organizations including McKesson Corporation and SCIO Health Analytics (acquired by EXL Service Holdings) over a successful 20-year period.

Rose received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University, and her Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Peter Rackley

Senior Vice President, Technology

Peter is an accomplished leader in information technology and client services within life sciences and healthcare, with a proven track record of driving success across diverse organizational settings. Prior to joining Dr. Evidence, Peter served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at SCIO Health Analytics, Vice President of Business/IT Services at McKesson, CIO at Shields MRI, and as an independent contractor assisting companies in achieving HITRUST certification by developing and implementing policies and procedures.

With deep expertise in infrastructure management, software development, and service delivery, Peter has overseen critical information technology operations for various organizations, including infrastructure and SaaS strategy and operations, as well as technical implementation and client engagement teams. He has excelled in guiding organizations through IT transformations, leveraging his ability to implement robust controls, policies, procedures, tools, and technologies to scale startups into structured, high-performing enterprises.

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science from Emmanuel College.

Chris Evangelista

Chief Revenue Officer

Chris began his career at JPMorgan as a healthcare analyst, followed by diverse leadership and brand strategy roles across the healthcare and life sciences space.

Prior to Dr.Evidence, Chris advanced his experience across various leadership roles at AstraZeneca before taking on strategic leadership roles at Verix, The Advisory Board Company, Electronic Ink and Navitas Life Sciences, growing revenue and optimizing market strategy across a diverse group of software, services, and consulting organizations.

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Moravian College.

Cathy Finley

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Cathy is committed to enabling a more equitable healthcare system through technology. A strategic and operational marketing leader, Cathy is responsible for understanding market needs, building awareness and credibility, generating demand, and enhancing client engagement, collaborating with colleagues across Dr.Evidence. With experience from the Fortune 100 to start-ups, including a foundation in consumer products with P&L responsibility at Procter & Gamble, Cathy brings passion and positivity to her role, focusing on empowering everyone with the evidence to make more informed healthcare decisions.

Cathy holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas and an MBA from Purdue University.

Ivan Lara

Vice President, Finance

Ivan Lara has over 11 years of finance and accounting experience. He is responsible for the company’s finance department which includes financial planning & analysis, reporting, accounting, tax, and internal audit. Prior to Doctor Evidence Ivan spent most of his career helping high-growth technology organizations develop and scale.

Ivan received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
